Order Processing

All DEAD CHANNEL orders are made-to-order through our print partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. DEAD CHANNEL is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order enters production.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DEAD CHANNEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue occurs, contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package appears lost in transit, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
